What is your recruitment process?
Our recruitment process is designed to ensure that we find the best fit for both our team and the applicants. Once your resume has been approved, you will have the opportunity to participate in an interview session with one of our specialists. During this session, we will review your portfolio and ask relevant questions to better understand your skills and experiences. If necessary, we may also engage in a collaborative pilot project together. Upon successful completion, we will initiate our first official teamwork.
